Catherine Kennedy grew up in Sydney, and studied art at the National Art school. She also studied psychology and philosophy at Macquarie University. She has had 7 solo exhibitions and taken part in many group shows.
Her work is held in private collections in Australia, Germany, Japan, Malta and the U.S. She currently works from her studio in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney.
